Tool # 1 -- The Emergency DDDs

This an interactive version of a flow chart for the first few days of trying to quit which is included in my book. The idea is to point you at some quick solutions that apply to whatever is going on, at a point in time when your brain is fried and you are feeling the desire to drink.

It works by starting with smaller, quicker, easier fixes, and then escalating (divert/distract/delay) into longer and more serious things to try if you can't shake the cravings easily. You have more tools and strength at your disposal than you think!
