A T-shirt for the people who'd rather wear their plan than memorize it.
The idea: the front says "In case of emergency, break glass" with a stylized red bottle inside the frame. The back has a numbered phone-friendly version of the HALT escalation list. So if someone is having a rough night, they can read your back.
Why a tee: a portable reminder, plus a quiet flag for the community. You see one on someone in a coffee shop and you know they get it.
Status: design's done, vendor's lined up, just waiting on a small print run to see if the proof looks like I want it to.
Pricing: at cost + a few dollars to keep the lights on. No markup-for-cause grift.
