A Carefully Curated Collection of Craving-Cued Cranium Curiosities
(a.k.a. the lies our brains tell us)
Ok, I'm going to be honest with you here — while noting and externalizing negative thoughts seems to really work and have research behind it, mostly I just thought this idea fit the theme of the site… it's a little cheesy now that I see it in action. Still, I think it's good to get some "drinking-brain" thoughts out there in a way that is less depressing than reading a list. Everyone has them while quitting, but few people have someone they can admit that to. Take a second to think about if you've seen any of these in your travels — and then at the end, please share one that is uniquely yours.
